Abstract
Chondroid syringoma, also called cutaneous mixed tumor, is a solitary, well-demarcated, firm intradermal or subcutaneous nodule which mainly occurs on the head and neck. Histopathologically, the tumor is composed of pleomorphic components of both epithelial and mesenchymal elements. Chondroid syringoma has been argued about, with differentiation toward eccrine or apocrine units. We report a case of chondroid syringoma in a 51-years-old male patient who has a solitary, 1.0 ¡¿ 0.7§¯ in sized, firm, erythematous nodule on his nose.
